Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Ever Elise. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Business Overview
Ever Elise is a youth-led jewelry brand created by Elise and operated under the active supervision of her parent, Alice Park. While Elise is the creative force behind the brand, all aspects of the business—including transactions, communications, and operations—are managed, reviewed, and overseen by an adult.
All purchases and agreements are entered into with the supervising adult.
2. Products
All Ever Elise pieces are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, slight variations in color, bead placement, and size may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
5. Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 7 business days prior to shipment. Shipping timelines vary based on location and carrier and are outside of our control once the order has shipped.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including designs, product concepts, images, copy, and branding—is the property of Ever Elise and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ever Elise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.
9. Product Safety Disclaimer
Our jewelry contains small components and is not intended for children under 3 years old due to choking hazards. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
